    • 1 Responsible for achieving the product wise target given from Management.

    • 1 One to two years experience in Reception and Call Center
    • 2 Good communication in Burmese Verbal Skills
    • 3 Basic English speaking
    • 4 Problem Solving skills
    • 5 Able to work under pressure

    • 7 Able to give good performance with minimum supervision

    Job Description

    • 1 Recovering money from people who have taken out loans.
    • 2 Working with Credit Controllers to contact debtors to pursue payment.
    • 3 Making outbound collection calls to debtors.
    • 4 Reducing the outstanding debt owed to a company.
    • 5 Responding to telephone inquiries using standard scripts and procedures.
    • 6 Working with debtors to work out payments.
    • 7 Following up clients on previous payment arrangements.
    • 8 Locating and establishing contact with debtors.
    • 9 Maintaining accurate, up-to-date customer account information.
    • 10 When necessary liaising with solicitors and bailiffs.
    • 11 Daily banking and processing received cheques and cash.
    • 12 Reviewing the arrears of clients.
    • 13 Negotiating settlements with clients.
    • 14 Taking ownership of debt collection cases.
    • 15 Maintaining appropriate and comprehensive records of all customer discussions.
    • 16 Reporting daily progress against targets to the Team Leader.

    Requirements
